Colard LLC was founded in 2015. The company is focused on the introduction of new materials and technologies in the construction and renovation sector. Colard LLC was one of the first to contribute to the import and spread of extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation in Georgia.
We actively participate in the development and refinement of the technology for manufacturing polymeric tiles and its implementation in production.
We are also actively involved in the process of introducing an accelerated method for determining the quality of wet concrete and the corresponding tool. This conductometric method and the tool have no analogs in the world. The author of the method and the creator of the tool is the well-known Georgian builder and scientist, Mr. Akaki Iromashvili, who, unfortunately, passed away recently and did not live to see the official recognition of his method and tool. We emphasize "official recognition" because both have long been acknowledged in the construction industry. Currently, we offer the technology for the dry installation of floor tiles and the corresponding tools for this purpose. Specifically, adjustable and non-adjustable supports that allow the creation of a perfectly level surface. This technology has numerous advantages over laying tiles directly on a concrete surface.
