Do the supports require special care after installation?
No, adjustable supports do not require special maintenance after installation. They are resistant to moisture, temperature fluctuations, and most chemical substances, making them very low-maintenance in use.
Do you provide a warranty on the product?
Yes, we provide a warranty on all our products. The warranty period depends on the type of support and is specified in the accompanying documentation.
What is the service life of your adjustable supports?
Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, our adjustable supports have a lifespan of several decades, even under intensive use and harsh weather conditions.
What is the minimum and maximum height adjustment range?
We offer a wide range of supports with various adjustment ranges, from a few millimeters to over one meter. The exact range depends on the selected support model and can be found in the catalog or confirmed with our specialists.
Can the supports be used on soft surfaces (for example, on the ground)?
It is not recommended to install supports directly on soft soil. In such cases, proper groundwork preparation is necessary: compacting the soil, laying crushed stone or gravel, and installing geotextile to prevent sinking.
Is it difficult to install supports yourself?
The installation of adjustable supports is relatively simple and does not require special skills or expensive equipment. Each support is equipped with an adjustment mechanism that allows you to easily level the surface by hand or with the help of a special key. We also provide detailed instructions and, if needed, can offer consultation regarding the installation process.
What materials can adjustable supports be used with?

What are adjustable supports and what are they used for?
Adjustable supports are specialized elements that allow for the creation of an even and stable base for flooring (raised floors, terrace decking, tiles) on uneven surfaces. They compensate for height differences and provide the necessary space for ventilation, which significantly extends the lifespan of the surface.
What objects are your supports suitable for?
Our supports are ideal for installing terraces (both private and commercial), usable rooftops, balconies, fountains, temporary flooring, as well as for creating technical raised floors in offices, server rooms, and other spaces.

What load can your supports withstand?
Our supports are designed to withstand significant static and dynamic loads. Specific values depend on the model, but on average, they can handle loads ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 kg per support, which is more than sufficient in most cases.
How is the number of supports calculated?
The number of supports depends on several factors, specifically:What type of surface material are you using? Deck boards, porcelain tiles, or natural stone? What are the dimensions of the surface material? Length, width, and thickness? The shape of the installation area is also important. Is it rectangular or irregularly shaped? For example, when installing deck boards, supports are typically placed at 40–60 cm intervals. When using porcelain tiles, it is recommended that the tiles be square—60x60 cm. In this case, supports are placed at the corners of each tile. If the length and width of the installation area are multiples of 60, you will need approximately 4.5 supports per square meter, meaning 40–45 supports for 10 m².For larger tiles, an additional support is usually needed in the center as well. Therefore, to accurately calculate the number of supports, it is best to consult with specialists.
