Quality and Reliability Guarantee

Colard LLC guarantees the high quality and long-lasting performance of the adjustable supports for flooring installation. We value the trust of our customers and strive to offer products that meet the highest standards.
 

1. Subject of the Guarantee

This warranty applies to all adjustable supports purchased from Colard LLC and used according to the installation and operation guidelines. (Please refer to the installation and operation manual).
 

2. Warranty Period

We offer a 5 (five) year warranty from the date of purchase, as indicated on the invoice or receipt.
 

3. Warranty Conditions

The warranty covers:

  • Hidden defects in materials caused by the manufacturer’s fault.

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the support and its declared characteristics.

  • The maintenance of declared load-bearing characteristics under proper operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Mechanical damage resulting from improper installation, negligence, or failure to follow the operation instructions.

  • Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).

  • Damage resulting from the improper use of the supports.

  • Normal wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the support.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications to the support’s design.
     

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us by phone at 511 55 11 95 or via email at info@colard.ge. To process your claim, the following documents are required:

  • The warranty certificate.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • A description of the defect, preferably with attached photos.

The warranty claim will be processed within 15 business days from the receipt of all necessary documents.
 

5. Seller's Warranty Obligations

In the event that a defect is confirmed as covered by the warranty, Colard LLC is obliged to:

  • Replace the defective support or part with a new one at no cost.

  • Ensure the delivery of the replacement product at our expense.
     

6. Additional Information

We recommend that the installation of our adjustable supports be performed by qualified specialists or that the attached instructions be strictly followed. This will ensure the maximum lifespan and reliability of your construction.
